Double skinned sliding counterbalanced door, fitted with stopping device and safety microswitch. Front lever tap for easy tank drain. Easy reversible moving forward of baskets with a rapid intervention. S/s washing and rinsing arms easy removable for cleaning. Safety system on the conveyor. Simplified controls, one sole switch controls all functions. Two different working speeds (80-120 baskets per hour). Visualisation of tank and boiler temperatures with digital thermoregulators. Temporised functioning by autotimer as standard that foresees the stopping of washing and rinsing functions when baskets to be washed are absent. Double insulated boiler in s/s AISI 304L. Rack clearance 50,5×42,0 cm. Boiler and tank heating through thermostatically protected armoured heating elements (in exchange). The tank water heating is indirect (heating element is not inside the tank). Wash tank capacity lt. 58 and boiler capacity lt. 23.
