Heated by stable-flame steel burners with pilot flame and safety thermocouple. Gas supply controlled by gas tap with safety valve. Reversible cast iron cooking grill to give the customer the possibility to grill meat, fish and vegetables with a single model. 3 sides splashguard in AISI 304 stainless steel. Removable grease collection tray. Lava stone grills are equipped with a grid lifting device by mechanicals levers to space the grid from the brazier.
